La Tia Laura hopes to catch your eye at the upcoming Underground Market with her unique home made marmalades and jams!
1. Where are you from?
2. Tell us a bit about your company’s history.
I’m a cook. My brand, La Tia Laura, is about gourmet packaging for the kitchen, marmalades, and jams. My mini-business started a couple years ago. First cooking for gift-giving and then starting to give them a more professional packaging and selling them.
3. What attracted you to the Underground Market, and what are some experiences from past markets?
We were drawn to the Underground Market because it is a market dedicated to cuisine, foods and to the public that attends. I participated for the first time in the last edition. My experiences were very positive, so we decided to participate again. We enjoy the work environment and the end result of the market.
4. What are you looking forward to most about the upcoming Underground Market?
I hope to be able to see and walk around the fair a little bit more. The time that we were there, we had so much work that we couldn’t leave our place to see the works and goods of fellow vendors. We were too busy to try any of the other vendors’ food, but if I had to choose a favorite I think it would be the German sausages!
