Sri Sri Ravi Shankar, the spiritual leader and founder of the NGO ‘Art of Living’ Foundation, led a massive mediation in the Palermo Woods on Sunday afternoon. Estimates ranged between 100,000 to 150,000 people following in the guided meditation. Through deep breathing, Shankar led the crowd to concentrate on breaking the cycles of stress and violence in the world.
