Since the 2001-2 economic crisis, Argentina has been catapulted onto the traveller’s map as a cheap and relatively safe destination, and the country has experienced a boom in tourism and migration, particularly from the North. Adrienne Benassy speaks to some of those who now call Buenos Aires home, and asks how it is to be a foreigner living in the capital, and if the country has lived up to their expectations.
