A Little Saigon Closed Door Restaurant


A Little Saigon is a closed door pescatarian restaurant in Almagro that serves on the second and fourth weekends of every month. Dinner includes an appetizer, a main course, a dessert and beverages. There are still spaces on Saturday and Sunday this weekend. $80 pesos per person, payment is also accepted in US dollars, or in advance by credit card via Pay Pal. This weekend’s menu is:

APPETIZERS
Fried seafood dumplings served with spicey soy sauce for dipping
Spicy cabbage salad with shrimp

MAIN COURSE
Salty grilled octopus
Water spinach and mussels steamed in lemon juice
Sweet and spicy shrimp
Jasmine Rice

DESSERT
Black bean sweet soup

BEVERAGES
Wine, beer, and water are served with appetizers and dinner.
Dessert is served with Jasmin tea.

Saturday, June 13 (6 seats available)
Sunday, June14 (14 seats available)

Epa! Party & Circus in Niceto Club


It’s all fun and games at Niceto Club (Niceto Vega 5510) where Epa! Fiesta kicks off at midnight. There will be a circus starring many talented acrobats and jugglers, followed by performances from ColoR, Sinapsis and DJ Maxi Cuenca. An “emerging international artist” will also perform as this party marks the end of the ‘Ciudad Emergente’ festival: www.ciudademergente.gob.ar. The party will also feature various art installations. ‘Alicia Rock’: A Show for all the Family


‘Alicia Rock’, a rock comedy show based on a Lewis Caroll story, with original music from Litto Nebbia, premiers this weekend at Ciudad Cultural Konex, Sarmiento 3131. ‘Inside Look’ Photography Exhibition


To mark the 11th Human Rights Film Festival, Italian photographer Valerio Bispuri is showing his work in the Centro Cultural Recoleta, Junín 1930. His exhibition, ‘Inside Look’, which is in room 13 until 16th June, includes images taken in prisons in Buenos Aires, Cordoba and Mendoza. For more information, write to prensa@derhumalc.org.ar
