Available on almost every menu, pizza is one of ‘P’s in the holy trinity of food options in Buenos Aires (parilla and pasta being the other two). The Indy’s pizza specialist, Lillo Montalto Monella, visits popular restaurant Filo to take a look at the local take on this Italian classic, and finds out how to make homemade pizza – Argentine style.
